Akfen REIT made a significant investment on September 15, 2022, by purchasing a 22,197 square meter plot of land in Yalıkavak, Bodrum. The project consists of 29 villas and is a premium development with a unique location and view, overlooking the Yalıkavak marina. The total investment amount for the project, including VAT, is estimated to be approximately 61.3 million euros (including a land cost of 20.4 million euros).

The project, undertaken by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, is planned to be completed and delivered in the first quarter of 2026. With this investment, our company will sign another brand project in Bodrum, continuing to create value and offering a unique living space.
