A New Senior Care and Living Center Project in Florida
A special living and care center project for seniors is being implemented in St. Johns County, Jacksonville, Florida, USA. This project will consist of a total of 174 units in two phases.
 
The project is part of a large 100-acre mixed-use development. The St. Johns County area, where the project is located, has become one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States over the past 15 years, with its population nearly doubling.
 
This region, which is the third wealthiest county in Florida, owes its growth to the following factors:

• Easy Access: Proximity to the business center in Jacksonville.
• Natural Beauty: Easy access to beaches.
• Education: One of the best school districts in Florida with an excellent education system.

Features of the Fountains Senior Care Project

Although the project was initially planned as luxury housing, it was redesigned as a senior living and care center due to the growing elderly population in the area and migration from the Baby Boomer generation. This has made the project stand out as a unique and innovative project under the name “Fountains Senior Care”.
 
Fountains Senior Care is located at the heart of the 100-acre Fountains development area. This area not only houses the senior care center but also includes the following:

• Hospital System: The nationally recognized Ascension Healthcare hospital.
• Commercial Areas: 70,000 square meters of retail and restaurant space, including three national restaurant chains.
• Health and Education: Two medical office buildings and a nursing education program through a partnership with Jacksonville University.
