Akfen REIT's Kıyıkışlacık Project is located on a total of 83.5 acres of land in Kıyıkışlacık Region, which is known as the future of Bodrum. Kıyıkışışlacık, which is only 15 minutes away from the centre of Bodrum by sea, is also close to the airport.

The project, designed as a 464-room apart-hotel, is located in a natural harbour in harmony with the unique views of nature. 

With its new project, Akfen REIT aims to make the best use of Bodrum's beauties, provide added value to the region and create unforgettable living spaces. On 17.01.2024, an "Environmental Impact Assessment Positive" decision was given regarding the EIA application submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. Detailed design and project design studies of the project are ongoing.
